Send us your glasses by mail and we will replace your old lenses with new ones! To keep your eyeglasses safe, wrap your eyeglasses in a small eyeglass-size box that is available at your local Post Office or Mailboxes Etc.® Yes, it really is that easy! |

When we receive your eyeglasses at our lens factory, our licensed Opticians will analyze your eyeglasses and obtain your prescription and all of your optical measurements from your old lenses. This will give us all the information we need to manufacture your new lenses. For new prescriptions, please enclose your prescription. We will replace your lenses with the same high quality brand name that you currently wear. (Carl Zeiss® Lenses and A-R Coatings, Transitions® and SunSensor® lenses) |

You must send us your own current frame (lenses included) as we can only obtain your optical measurements from your own personal frame. (pupilary distance and/or bifocal height) |

Note: We can NOT make your lenses if you are changing from one lens type to another (i.e. single vision to bifocal, bifocal to progressive, etc…) because we will be unable to obtain the correct bifocal height. We strongly recommend routine eye examinations by an optometrist to ensure that changes are monitored and preventive measures and necessary treatments can be prescribed to keep your eyes functioning and healthy. For further information, please contact your eye doctor or the American Optometric Association. Important: 1. We are not responsible for eyeglasses that are lost or damaged during shipping. 2. We do not provide eyeglass lenses made of glass materials. We only provide lenses made of plastic, polycarbonate, and high-index plastic materials. 3. It takes approximately 5 to 7 days to manufacture your eyeglass lenses. 4. We are not responsible for damaged, cracked, or old frames that may break during processing. |
