| Step 1: | ||
|
|
If you are replacing your old lenses with the same prescription, select “Same Prescription” we will copy the prescription from your old lenses. If you have a new prescription, please select “New Prescription” and be sure to include your new prescription with your order. In both cases, you must enclose your eyeglasses. We can only obtain your optical measurements from your own personal frame (lenses included). | |

| Step 2: Lens Type | ||
|
|
Choose your lens type. You may select only one. “Single Vision” lenses provide the same view throughout. “Bifocals” have reading and distance corrections. “Trifocals” have reading, distance, and intermediate corrections. “Progressives” are bifocals with no visible line between the reading and distance corrections. (An example is the Zeiss® Progressive lens;) | |

| Step 3: Lens Materials | ||
|
|
Choose your lens material. You may select only one. “Standard Plastic” is regular optical plastic. “Thin Plastic” is a thinner and lighter optical plastic, we use either Polycarbonate or 1.60 index plastic. We recommend Thin Plastic for prescriptions between +- 3.00 and +- 5.00 diopters. "Thinner Plastic" lenses are Ultra-Thin they are made of 1.66 High Index plastic. “Transitions®” is a plastic Photochromatic material that automatically darkens and lightens based on light conditions. “Polarized Plastic” is a special optical plastic that eliminates glare and protects against reflections from water, snow, and sand. “Thin Transitions®” combines thinner lens with Photochromatic capabilities. We do not offer glass lenses. | |

| Step 4: Enhancement Packages | ||
|
|
Select an enhancement package. Our “Standard Package” has scratch-resistant coating and ultra-violet light protective coating. This protects your lenses against scratches and your eyes from the damaging effects of the sun. The “Deluxe Package” has scratch-resistant coating, ultra-violet protective coating, and Carl Zeiss® Anti-Reflective coating. Anti-reflective coating removes glare and reflections from your lenses. It eliminates reflections from street lamps and headlights at night. | |

| Step 5: Tint and Sunglasses | ||
|
|
If you want your new lenses tinted, please select “Match
existing tint or add Tint”. We will duplicate your existing tint,
or you can write in your color of choice
(example
10 % pink
tint). If you want a dark sunglass tint, write in either 80%
Grey or Brown. We will tint your new lenses accordingly. We can
not tint Transitions® lenses. Mirror Tints: Mirror colors are available in BLUE MIRROR, SILVER MIRROR and BRONZE MIRROR. Mirror Coatings give you a cool look and provide a reflective surface that makes the eye invisible to viewers. They also protect eyes from glare and heat. |

| Step 6: One year Warranty | ||
|
Select if you want a “Scratch Warranty ”.
If your lenses are scratched (Normal Wear and Tear),
within 12 months of you purchasing them, then we will replace
them for you at 50% of your original purchase price. In Order to Purchase this one year warranty: (You must also select either the Standard Package or the Deluxe Package in Step 4 of the order form.) |

| Step 7: Shipping & Handeling | ||
| Please select “Standard” or “Express” delivery. It normally takes us five to seven working days to manufacture your lenses. “Standard Delivery” is ground delivery by first class mail with delivery confirmation while “Express” orders are shipped via "Express mail" overnight shipping to arrive the next day following the manufacture of your lenses. | ||
