(If you have a new prescription please include it.) We will then manufacture new lenses for your eyeglasses and install them in place of your old lenses. Once your order is complete, we will ship your eyeglasses back to you in a secure box.
YOU NOW HAVE BRAND NEW EYEGLASS LENSES!

We will send you:
1) Your New Eyeglass lenses mounted in your frame..
2) Your old lenses.
3) A free lens cleaning cloth.
4) Your doctors prescription. (we keep a copy)

2. Where can I find your prices?

Please download our Order Form. All our prices are per pair. To price out a complete job for your lenses complete our order form from Step 1 through Step 6.

Some items are not listed on our order form, if applicable to your order please write them in with the following prices:
"Drilled rimless"   or silhouette frames                              add  $20.00   (These frames require special drilling to mount the lenses.)
"Edge polish"        for drilled rimless frames                       add  $10.00   (Polished edges for Rimless Frames)
"Strong Prescriptions"                                                   add  $20.00   (add for prescriptions greater then -8.00 diopters of power.)
"Foreign Orders"     via parcel post - us-postal service       add  $20.00   (For shipping and handling to Canada, Mexico and Europe)

3. Do I always have to send you my Eyeglasses?

Yes. Without your eyeglasses we cannot read your optical measurements (Pupillary Distance for ALL LENSES and Bifocal Height for bifocals, trifocals and progressive lenses). We need these optical measurements to manufacture your new lenses.

4. Do I always have to send you my Eyeglasses with the Lenses included?

Yes. Your old lenses are needed so that our opticians can read your prescription. Without this information, we cannot manufacture new lenses for you.

5. How long does it take to make me new lenses?

From the time we receive your eyeglasses, it takes us no more than five (5) working days to manufacture your lenses. Generally you should have your eyeglasses back in a week.

6. Why Should I use the Eyeglass Lens Replacement by mail service?

Because you can save 50 to 70% off retail prices.

7. NEW FRAMES. I bought a new frame. Can you make brand new lenses for my new frame?

Yes. However, you must obtain the following information from your Eye Doctor:

1. Prescription
2. Pupillary Distance
3. Bifocal Height specifically measured for your new frame.
(only for bifocals, trifocals and progressive lenses)

Please be sure to include this information with your Order Form.

8. Can I send you someone else's eyeglass frame (example: my mother's) but enclose my new prescription so that you can put my new lenses in that frame?

No, because we would not have YOUR correct optical measurements to make your new lenses. These optical measurements are usually obtained from your own personal frame.
(If you have a new frame, please see FAQ #7 above.)
